The Givi aluminium panniers can be difficult to handle when carrying to/from the bike, so to help with this I made some leather straps that make it much easier. I found this especially useful when touring on the occasion that I wanted to store the panniers in the hotel instead of leaving on the bike.

These straps are designed to fit Givi aluminium panniers with handles 19 inches (48 cms) apart.

The straps are made of top quality solid leather approx 3mm thick with nickel plated cast brass buckles. They make the lifting and carrying of panniers so simple and far easier than trying to hold onto the standard lifting handles.

Although these straps were designed to fit the Givi panniers, they will fit any pannier with the same measurement between the two end handles (19 inches).
